To launch Dior Beauty’s Atelier of Dreams Collection, Emperia developed an immersive holiday virtual experience that virtually whisked customers away to the Château De La Colle Noire in France, Dior’s former residence in the Grasse region. The aim of the virtual store was to bring customers closer to the Dior luxury experience by immersing them in a universe of beauty, through interaction and personalization. This retail experience is about engagement, entertainment and discovery, making the upcoming holiday shopping experience into a memorable one.
The experience houses 3 different rooms; the fragrance room, the gift finder room and the beauty room, each of them showcasing different iconic fragrances and cosmetics. The fragrance room features Le Collection Prive and includes a perfume personalization feature, where shoppers can find the right perfume that matches their unique personality. The gift finder room features a constellation journey, which assists shoppers with their gift finding by asking a series of questions, creating a list tailored specifically for the individual and recommending gifts that match their “stars”. The beauty room displays the latest Dior cosmetics products and features gifting customization and virtual try-ons, where users can use AR technology to apply products, using a digital camera.
